Place was not very clean and food was ok for the price. Did had more expectations when booking table, was little disappointed.

Cypress Lakes Bistro & Bar

This high tea is situated in a nice setting with gardens, antiques, and nearby cellar doors, and if lucky, there is a hand made market event regularly goes on. The food is nice and service people are very helpful and polite. If coming in summer, better sit inside though view might be not the best, many bugs, flies, mozzies, snakes around the outdoor setting

The staff were very welcoming and understood the customers needs as required for the ambience of the occasion. The service was first class measured with the service of each meal.

The food was good,  but the decor very need of repair. The dining chairs were dirty/no cushion (if it was mine at home,  I&#39;d put out for council pick up). There was a table with broken panel,  chairs missing paint,  walls needing a refresh of paint.

We were really happy with service &amp; meals.  The staff were really helpful &amp; accommodating. Good value for money, all our meals were lovely &amp; the steaks were cooked perfectly.

Waited in line for breakfast for over 30 minutes and was then told by the guy on entry and I had already been checked off his list!  This was incredibly insulting!  He said that because my room 559 under Katie ... was already highlighted in yellow I had already checked in.  He then asked the manager to have a look and asked further to the manager if he could go back to the bar!  We finally got a table another 15 mins later, and lined up Again for breakfast but there were no plates available so waited further, same with coffee cups.  The pod machine for coffee kept breaking down and no staff to serve.  Many people were seen having to climb up the circular wooden stairs to find a seat up in the vacant restaurant or at reception.  This was a horrible experience.
